FHA Loan Limits

FHA loan limits are based on the county of the state where the property resides. You can search FHA loans limits on HUD’s site by going here:
https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/hicostlook.cfm (opens in new window).

Just click on the state where the property is located and hit send or press enter. If you know the county name, you can enter that too. The list will then generate and be in order by county name. Find your county and look to your left to determine the max loan amount for that county. Max loan amounts depend on whether the property is a single family through 4 family property.

If you are having difficulty locating the max loan amount, please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to assist you!
